On February 6, 2020, the Knightsen Town Community Services District (KTCSD) adopted Resolution 2020-1 rejecting and nullifying the consultant’s report regarding proposed drainage improvements for Knightsen. Click on this link to see Resolution 2020-1.

On February 13, 2020, KTCSD sent letters to four agencies explaining why KTCSD is not implementing the then proposed drainage projects and why KTCSD is opposed to the proposed Knightsen Wetlands Project. On November 8, 2019, KTCSD submitted a detailed 55 page response to the consultant and Contra Costa County Public Works regarding the consultant’s report. The response detailed questions, comments and concerns KTCSD and the Knightsen community have regarding the report and the proposed projects. Click on this link to see the response.
