The Knightsen Town Community Services District (KTCSD) was created in 2005 by Measure Z, and encompasses approximately 5,100 acres and 600 parcels. It was originally formed to provide enhanced flood control and water quality (drainage services) for the community of Knightsen.
Knightsen Town Community Services District (KTCSD) is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Knightsen Town Community Services District (KTCSD)
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
