The Knightsen Town Community Services District (KTCSD) is a local governmental agency governed by a 5 member board of directors. It was established in 2005 by Measure Z.

Knightsen Town Community Services District (KTCSD) is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
